Attendance/Participation Requirement
Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» (Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³») is in compliance with Chapter 130A of the Texas Administrative Code, Subchapter A, Sec. 130A. 008 in regard to student attendance and funding eligibility. Here’s what you need to know:
- Attendance and Participation
- Attendance means physically attending class or completing an academic activity as defined in your course syllabus (Instructor Plan).
- Participation refers to completing academic activities outlined in the course syllabus.
- Important Deadlines
- If you do not meet attendance/participation requirements by the Census Date, you will be dropped from the course. Notifications will be sent to your Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» student email and personal address.
- Reinstatements
- If dropped, you cannot be reinstated unless you emailed your instructor before the census date about technical issues or submitted a HelpDesk ticket.
- Need Help?
- If you’re dropped and unsure why, contact your instructor for clarification.
